This 7,000 sq. ft. custom home was a project we took on because of the strong relationship we’ve built with GC Garrett Greenhall. It gave us the opportunity to work on a project with unique design details while working alongside a trusted partner.
Project Challenge
This home was relatively straightforward from a framing standpoint, but the design included several details that made it unique. One standout feature was the two sets of spiral staircases planned for the deck, along with a precast porch cap, which is more commonly seen over garages.
The Boardwalk Solution
Not every project comes with a major challenge to overcome. Sometimes, the value is simply in having the right team on the job. Although custom home framing looks different from a large multifamily project, the fundamentals stay the same. Our team brought the same attention to detail, coordination, and craftsmanship to bring the home’s unique design to life.
Looking Ahead
