Project Challenge
We hired a sub crew to help with this project, but uickly ran into various issues. They struggled with quality, safety, and efficiency, wasting lumber, ignoring rules, and underperforming. Their work required constant oversight and corrective action to maintain quality and safety standards.

We strengthened subcontractor management by maintaining close supervision, monitoring safety carefully, and ensuring quality standards were consistently met. This proactive approach kept the project on track and delivered a high-quality outcome despite early setbacks.
Looking Ahead
This project reinforced that a smaller, focused crew can often outperform a larger one. We don’t need big numbers to get the job done well. It also became a turning point in refining how we work with subcontractors.
