As the pilot site, the project faced unique challenges with initial plan issues requiring quick adaptation and expert collaboration to keep the schedule on track. With multiple locations in the pipeline, accuracy and foresight were critical.
The Boardwalk Solution
Our team worked closely with the General Contractor to revise and correct the building plans, ensuring a solid foundation for this and all future LivAway Suites projects in the Northwest. Running this project simultaneously with another at Syracuse tested our resource management and coordination skills, which we met with clear communication and proactive planning.
